Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Policy

This policy outlines your rights to cancel, return, and receive goods or services purchased through our website, in line with UK consumer legislation and Klarna’s customer protection guidelines.
🛠️ Services (Fuse Box Installation)
🔄 Right to Cancel – 14 Days (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your service booking within 14 days of purchase, provided the installation work has not yet begun.

If installation is scheduled within the 14-day period and you agree to proceed, you waive your right to cancel once work has started.

If the service has been fully performed (fuse box installed), no cancellation or refund is permitted under UK law.
📦 Returns – Products (Fuse Boxes Supplied & Installed)

Once a fuse box has been installed, it is considered a custom service and cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns of products that have been installed, used, or altered.

If the fuse box is faulty, this falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. You must contact the manufacturer directly.
We can support you by providing proof of purchase or installation details if needed.
🚚 Shipping Policy
In most cases, fuse boxes and materials are delivered directly by our electricians on the day of installation.

We do not offer standalone shipping or delivery of electrical parts without installation.

We do not offer international shipping.
🏠 Return Address (For Cancelled Bookings Only)
If physical items need to be returned (e.g. for cancelled orders before dispatch), please return them in their original condition to:

🕑 Refunds Timeline

Refunds for cancelled bookings (within 14 days, before installation begins) will be processed within 5–10 working days of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds are made via the original payment method, including Klarna if applicable.
💳 Payments with Klarna
If you choose to pay using Klarna, please note:

Klarna’s Pay in 30 Days or Pay in 3 instalments services are subject to Klarna’s own terms.

If you cancel within the legal 14-day period (and the service has not started), we will notify Klarna to stop or reverse the payment.

If the installation has taken place, the full cost remains payable as agreed.
